Return with the help of Customer Service
1. Please contact Customer Service, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your ZNX wallet if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Return Request through Whatsapp.
1. You will receive a Welcome WhatsApp message as soon as you order.
2. You can simply Reply back and chat with our representative to file a return request.
3. Your request will be initiated within 24 hours and pick up will be done by 2-3 working days.
Process for Self-Requesting return
1. Sign into your ZNX account.
2. Find the Return button, click the “Return Item” button.
3. Enter the Order Number and Registered E-mail address. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.
4. Select the mailing method: self-sending or pick-up service (choose the pick-up address and post office required information).
5. The logistics company will contact you as soon as possible, please wait for the courier to pick up the package or take the sealed package to the nearby mailing point and send to the address of ZNX return centre.
6. We will confirm the parcel immediately after we receive the return, update the status of the return and refund within 7 working days. The refund will be returned to you ZNX CREDIT or to your original payment account.
*If your order is paid by COD, then We will ask you for your bank details through mail /WhatsApp.
Note:- ZNX will never ask you for OTP and ATM pin.
- Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your ZNX Wallet or the original payment account per your request.
- If the order is free shipping, postage will not be deducted.
- Pick-up service charge will be deducted from the total refund and self-sending shipping fee will be at your own cost.
Note： Refunds will be initiated for items only, other fees like insurance, shipping, COD service charges are non-refundable.
